Dr. ASM Hossain Tayiab is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh and acquired the membership of ICAB in the year 2007 and his membership no. under ICAB being 977. He successfully completed MBA on International Trade & Commerce from USA and PhD in Accounting from California, USA. He holds distinguish position in different well established organizations in Bangladesh.

He has extensive knowledge regarding GOB budget, Govt. Grant, ID Training Project. Connecting link with different Ministry, NGO Bureau, SEC, DSE, IPO etc. He also worked as a Director of ACNABIN Chartered Accountants and gathered advanced practical knowledge regarding the External Audit, Internal Audit, internal control with compliances. Monitoring and measuring the significance of Risk Management framework, Strengthening Training with the capacity of auditing in the relevant fields.

Special audit, evaluation of Cost Effective Auditing System and opinion based Audit Reports. Deals with various Taxation, VAT, Banking matters and Company affairs. He also worked for preparation of Audit Manual, Restructuring of the Financial Statements, Valuation Assets, and different nature of Consultancy services. He is the fellow member of the institute of Public Accountant (FIPA) Australia and also the fellow member of the Financial Accountant (FFA) Australia.
